Crop it out.

(90's crop top and Metal keeper bag, ASOS. Leather skater skirt, Miss Selfridge

I never get sick of crop tops. I love, love, love it because it creates the illusion of a short torso and long legs (to me, this is the ideal body proportion- oh, the things I do to look physically perfect. I really do care about how I look, but the irony is I don't like putting on make up).

So anyway, I have been stocking up on crop tops of various designs and colours. I really cannot get enough of them. I think my boyfriend may be a little annoyed with my obsession- no wait, scratch that. He's always annoyed whenever I get too obsessed with anything, hehe.

On a separate note, I have been getting questions on what my diet is like and how I keep myself fit. Honestly, I wouldn't consider myself 'fit', but since you guys asked, I shall share with you some of the things I do. I would think they're pretty basic stuff.

Previously, I used to jog 3 to 4 times a week, 4 km each time. Back then, my goal was to lose weight. After running for almost 2 years, I concluded that I couldn't lose any more weight, so I stopped running so frequently. I now run only once a week (same distance) and use the rest of the time I have to do statics. My current goal is to tone my butt and abs, so I focus on exercises that target these areas. On days when I don't run, these are things I do:

- 20 crunches (abs)
- 20 bridges (butt)
- 45 seconds plank (abs)
- 40 bicycle crunches (abs)
- 20 basic heel presses (butt)

I do 3 sets of these each time (takes about 20 minutes to finish all 3 sets). I take a day off after every 2 or 3 days of working out. So technically, I dedicate 5 days every week for static exercise. I only just started these exercises recently (I used to hate statics so much), so I've yet to see concrete results. But after every workout session, the results surface more and more. It feels good to know that all the pain was worth it.

As for my diet, I try to eat clean as much as possible. I steer clear of rice, and have white noodles instead. If I do take in rice, I limit my intake to only once a day and make sure that the portion is small. Also, I give up all desserts- no cakes, no macaroons, no bubble tea. I know we're not suppose to stop ourselves from eating anything we want and just exercise a little harder every time we do, but I want results fast, so I'm willing to give everything up temporarily.

I hope this information is sufficient and helpful to all those asking!

    1. Hello, I'm sorry babe, but I don't know what kind of exercise would solve that because the exercises I do target different areas. Maybe you can try googling?

    1. Hi babe, it's simple actually. I keep this photo of a girl with really nice abs and physique in general. Everytime I think of giving up or get lazy from exercising, I look at the photo and I remember what I want :)
