A short update before work begins. I'm into day 12 of eating clean and day 9 of working out. Can't believe how fast the results surface. It's like after every workout session, you see the effect right away. I still have a long way to go though. Lower abs are harder to work on. But I'm so motivated to keep going. Just hope I don't get too heavy. I'm gaining a little weight and I suspect it's all these muscles (refuse to think they're fats cause I have been pretty disciplined with my diet haha).
