Been on this diet and exercise regime for about 2 months now. I can see and feel the difference (in terms of size and mass) in all of my upper body, including my face. The bottom half of my body is still very stubborn though. Hopefully, I can get my desired thigh size by the end of this year (a little impossible, but i'm not giving up just yet). If that doesn't happen then, I'll just try again for another 6 months and see how it goes.
Also, i don't know if it's just me or the the insanely good weather, but i've been feeling extremely lazy and tired of late. Even though I am temporarily unemployed (school holiday= no tuition) and have the bulk of the week to myself, I can't seem to get any studying done and exams are just around the corner. It certainly doesn't help either that I don't feel guilty for my lack of focus and productivity ):
I actually have a lot more to say here right now, but my mind's in a jumbled mess and I can't seem to figure out which/what to say first. Maybe sleep will help sort things out, and get my mind up and running again.
