Fruits of labour.

3 good things happened to me this week :)

1) Nuffnang cheque arrived! $$$

2) A huge NastyGal order was made and the package is now on its way

3) I now weigh 46 kg!

I'd be lying if I say I don't like the progress I'm making on the weighing scale. The only thing that scares me is the speed at which I'm losing weight. I want to be 45 kg eventually, and I want to have smaller thighs, but I can't possibly stop running altogether if I want to maintain this weight right? I still have to exercise a little, otherwise I go back to where I was. If I continue to run and eat healthily after I get to 45 kg, will I shrink further? I don't want to be underweight (as it stands now, I'm already borderline underweight- my BMI is 17). Nevertheless, I am still thankful to the Almighty for giving me strength and determination to embark on this 'project'. I didn't think I would get this far, or be successful at it for that matter :)

So yes, 3 good news! And hopefully, many more to come. Insya Allah.

    1. Hey there, thank you so much. I'm happy to know I've inspired you :) I run alone actually cause I was the only one among my friends who wanted to lose weight haha! And yeah, I know exactly how you feel. I used to be depressed about my weight too. But I told myself that depressing about it won't help me to overcome the problem in any way. So I mustered all strength and determination and started working out and eating right. You can too my dear :)
