Today, I had 1 prata for lunch and 1 box of popcorn chicken for dinner. That sums up to about 600 calories. Also, I ran a distance of 4 km in the afternoon. Loving how small my stomach and tummy has become. I am now able to eat less and feel full fast. I think my metabolism's speeding up. Well done, Syirin.
